# Digital Consent Agreement

Payments Merchants & Banks Approval Services (including but not limited to PayPal, Stripe, Wise, Payoneer, Sumup, Authorized.net, Capital One, Slash Bank, etc)

**Service Overview:**

HOPETEX LIMITED will manage the application process for merchant accounts on your behalf, from completion to submission and follow-up until approval is secured.

**Terms and Conditions:**

1. **Approval Services:**

HOPETEX LIMITED agrees to use its best efforts to secure your approval as a payment merchant on the specified platforms (PayPal, Stripe, Capital One, etc.).

2. **No Warranty of Merchant Suspension:**

HOPETEX LIMITED does not offer any warranty regarding the suspension or termination of your merchant account post-approval. Compliance with each platform's terms and conditions remains the client’s responsibility.

3. **Client Responsibilities:**

You must provide accurate and truthful information during the approval process. Once account login credentials or approval notices are provided, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

4. **Refund Policy:**

4.1 Full Refund: If HOPETEX LIMITED is unable to secure your approval for the requested platforms, a full refund will be issued.
4.2 No Refund: Once approval has been obtained and login credentials or approval notices are provided, no refunds will be issued, regardless of whether you choose to use the approved accounts.
4.3 Multiple Services Package Refund Policy: If your package includes multiple services (e.g., company formation, bank account approval, and merchant approval), and if one of the services is not approved, HOPETEX LIMITED will either offer an alternative service or refund the addon price of that specific service. The cost of the full package will not be refunded.

5. **Service Limitations:**

While HOPETEX LIMITED will make its best effort to secure your approval, we cannot guarantee that every application will be approved. Final approval decisions are made by the respective platforms, and HOPETEX LIMITED is not liable for any actions taken by these platforms after approval, such as additional verification requests, restrictions, or account closures.

6. **Amendments:**

HOPETEX LIMITED reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in writing.

7. **Governing Law:**

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HOPETEX LIMITED operates.

8. **Non-Defamation Clause:**

The client agrees not to make any public statements, whether oral or written, that defame, disparage, orotherwise harm the reputation of HopeTex, its services, or its employees. Any violation of this clause will resultin immediate legal action, including but not limited to claims for defamation and breach of contract.
